MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers have arrested a man after he allegedly dragged an officer by his vehicle while trying to run from them.
Daphne police warn parents after child picks up meth-covered dollar bill
According to an MPD news release, 29-year-old Chandler Bell Jr was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, attempt to elude, and resisting arrest.
Officers said they stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Avenue and Davidson Street around 12:50 a.m. on Aug. 4.
