PRICHARD, Ala. (WALA) – The Housing Authority of the City of Prichard has received nearly $1 million in tax credits to renovate and preserve Chancery Square Apartments.
The Alabama Housing Finance Authority awarded the Prichard Housing Authority $931,500 in annual nine-percent low-income housing tax credits. The money will support the renovation and preservation of Chancery Square Apartments on South Shelton Beach Road.
