Foley, Ala. — (GSN) — A 40-year-old Foley resident has been arrested and charged in connection with a severe two-vehicle collision that occurred in mid-August.
On October 2, 2026, officers with the Foley Police Department Traffic Homicide Unit charged Lacy Davis with Assault in the First Degree, a Class B Felony, and Driving Under the Influence.
