MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A police chase in Mobile that began around 2:40 a.m. Monday ended when the driver crashed into a retaining wall, according to the Mobile Police Department.
MPD said officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of I-65 South and Government Boulevard, but the driver refused to stop.
Investigators said the chase did not last long before the driver crashed into a retaining wall in the area of I-65 South near I-10 East.
