BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (NBC 15) — With Tropical Storm Isaias approaching the northern Gulf Coast, Baldwin County officials are urging residents and visitors to prepare for potentially dangerous conditions, announcing voluntary evacuations, emergency shelter openings and countywide closures ahead of the storm.
