MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man died over the weekend after he was struck by a vehicle while helping another driver following a crash on Highway 90 South, police said.
Officers responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of the I-10 exit ramp and Highway 90 South at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The crash involved multiple vehicles, one of which flipped onto its roof.
When officers arrived, police said, they found 45-year-old Jayan Mehul Patel in the roadway with life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, officials said…
