MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile City Council agenda for this coming Tuesday shows at least four people have signed up to address the council on the reported $14.7 million transfer of City money to a fraudulent entity announced this week.
Also, two council members are addressing the issue in an e mail and Facebook post.
