MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. — Former Mobily City Council member William Carrol has been arrested in Mobile County on two counts of making a terroristic threat in the second degree, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.
Carroll was booked into Mobile County Metro Jail just before 8 p.m. Wednesday.
