MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Alabama state Rep. Napoleon Bracy is appealing a ruling against him in a federal lawsuit he filed against his former employer, Austal USA.
Bracy represents Prichard and surrounding areas in the Legislature. He worked as a supervisor for the Mobile shipbuilder before he was fired in 2024.
