MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — If you have driven near the James T. Strickland Youth Center, you may have seen a dog with a box on its head.
WKRG News 5 learned Tuesday that this animal has been roaming with a box on its head for months.

Larry Martin lives on Chidester Ave overlooking Three Mile Creek where he said his son first saw the dog about two months ago.
“So, he comes in and tells me, ‘Dad, there is a dog with a box on its head,’” Martin said. “I kind of just brush it off thinking it was maybe a cardboard box and maybe it would come off eventually or whatnot.”
About a week and a half ago, Martin saw the dog with his very own eyes.
“Kind of looked like something out of a horror movie,” Martin said. “I don’t know; it was really weird to describe.”
