MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) -People across the country are working on ways to fight back against the opioid epidemic that’s led to several over one million overdose deaths since 1999 according to the CDC. Here in Alabama, the Helios Alliance has been working to create a simulation platform to find the best uses for opioid abatement money.
