(Alabama)– Below are two men in Alabama dealing with criminal cases involving minors. One man was recently rearrested, while the other decided to take a plea deal.
Matthew McDaniel Arrested
According to Alabama’s Fox 10 TV, an Alabama man was out on bail when he was taken into custody on more charges of the same crime. Now, Matthew McDaniel, 38, has been charged with four additional charges of producing inappropriate images of minors.

Around Jan. 11, 2024, Mobile Cty. detectives went to McDaniel’s home and retrieved multiple devices. After reviewing those devices, detectives were able to obtain inappropriate movies of minors. On Jan. 24, 2024, McDaniel was taken into custody again for his actions.
Alabama’s WKRG reported that McDaniel now has a total of nine charges involving inappropriate videos of a minor.
