Unlicensed pool contractor’s bond revoked, back in Mobile Metro Jail

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — An unlicensed pool contractor accused of stealing money from clients is back in jail after his bond was revoked, News 5 has learned.

A judge said James DeWayne Gill Jr., 47, of Satsuma, violated the terms of his bond by working in a state where he was not authorized.

After being accused of taking money from clients and not finishing jobs , Gill was granted permission to work in Georgia.

According to investigators, Gill was found to be working on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Gill’s 11 charges of first-degree property theft in Mobile County are set to go before a Grand Jury.
