Mobile woman dies in traffic crash, ALEA Troopers say

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Mobile woman is dead after a single-vehicle crash that happened around 11:53 p.m. Thursday, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Tasha L. Litton, 43, was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette on Snow Road, near East Way Drive, when it left the roadway and struck a culvert, according to an ALEA news release.

The crash occurred approximately 1 mile southwest of Semmes in Mobile County, the release said, adding, “Litton was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.”

Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division are investigating the crash, according to the release.
