MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Today was the third day of testimony in the capital murder trial of accused cop killer Marco Antonio Perez. Prosecutors presented evidence in an attempt to establish that Perez was on the run from police when he shot Mobile Police Officer Sean Tuder on Jan. 20, 2019.
