SILVERHILL, Ala. (WALA) – The Baldwin County Amateur Radio Club participated in Winter Field Day 2024 at Camp Silver Creek in Silverhill. The annual event features amateur radio operators setting up stations and attempting to make as many contacts as possible. The purpose of the exercise is to help them hone their skills and demonstrate their ability to provide communications after a disaster.
