The New York Giants’ general manager and staff will be scouting and coaching top college prospects at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala. This event has been historically important for the Giants, and particularly for GM Joe Schoen, who selected many Senior Bowl participants during his time with the Buffalo Bills.
