An ice climber from Alabama was saved on “repentance route” at Cathedral Ledge in New Hampshire after a 20-30 foot drop, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game. Ryan Cooper, 21, of Fairhope, had been lowered to ground level by his climbing partner when first responders arrived at 12:20 p.m. on Sunday, according to Fish and Game.
