MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile Police Department is investigating after they said a man hit a woman with a blunt object following an argument over a barking dog at a park. Officers responding to Public Safety Memorial Park on Airport Boulevard just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday said the victim got into an argument with an unknown man over her friend’s dog barking.
