P – Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board must act to correct “alleged violations of the Alabama Safe Drinking Water Act.” That’s according to a consent order letter from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management signed on January 25th. Water customers say they’re concerned about the cost of making needed corrections to the system and more importantly, the water quality.
