Hundreds of dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds tromped around downtown Fairhope for the annual Mystic Mutts of Revelry parade on Saturday. The parade, which benefits local no-kill animal shelter The Haven, was founded in 2004, and organizers say it holds the record for the highest number of walking parade participants. This year’s theme was “Paws and Parrotheads: Pooches in Paradise,” inspired by the late musician, Jimmy Buffett.
