SEMMES, Ala. (WPMI) – A pink ribbon on a stake is the only clue that something is about to happen on a patch of land just outside of the Semmes city limits. But as soon as March, ground could be broken on Eunice Circle for a tiny village of tiny houses that would be affordable housing for the homeless.
