A Mobile man with five previous DUI convictions in Ohio was found guilty of reckless murder by a Mobile County jury Wednesday in the DUI-related death of a 24-year-old man. According to the Mobile District Attorney’s Office, Harvey Caffey Jr. was driving under the influence of alcohol on Highway 90 on Feb. 23, 2022 when his GMC Seirra struck another vehicle, with the crash resulting in the death of Kenneth Rudolph, who was on his way home from work.
