MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A man was taken to a hospital after he was shot Wednesday, according to the Mobile Police Department.

The Mobile Police Department said officers were called to University Hospital at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a man who had showed up with a gunshot wound.
Officers determined that a man that the victim knew had shot him during an argument. MPD said this is an ongoing investigation.
