A 21-year-old Mobile man is charged with gunning down his older brother in the parking lot of a McDonald’s Thursday afternoon, according to Mobile police. Police were called to the restaurant on Schillinger Road just before 4 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived, they found 33-year-old Marquis Antonio Roper suffering from multiple apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital where he died of his wounds.
