MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) – This Mardi Gras season, the City of Mobile reports collecting 11,739 lbs. of recycling and 1,574 lbs. of beads – that’s 2,889 lbs. more material than last year!. All recycled beads will be donated to Augusta Evans Special School.
