Nearly 300 new homes will be built off Rigsby Road in Daphne, after the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission approved a new subdivision Thursday night. Belfair, a 79-lot subdivision, received preliminary plat approval Thursday night from the commission. The subdivision is on Rigsby Road, just south of Larry Street Road. St. Augustine subdivision is immediately south.
