PRICHARD, Ala. (WPMI) – A man named in an indictment against Prichard City Councilman Derrick Griffin, has been indicted himself on the same charges. Bennie Mosley has been indicted on two counts of Insurance Fraud 1st degree, according to Mobile County Jail records. Mosley was released on $10,000 bond just after 8:30pm Thursday evening.
