MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man convicted of threatening to kill his former boss will go to prison for almost three years, a federal judge decided Friday. U.S. District Judge Kristi DuBose sentenced Cloepha Franks, 42, of Mobile, to 33 months in prison followed by three years of supervision by the U.S. Probation Office.
