Mobile native Paige Madden appears set to compete in a second straight Summer Olympics. The 25-year-old finished second behind four-time Olympian Katie Ledecky in the 400-meter freestyle at the 2024 USA Swimming U.S. Olympic Team Trials on Saturday night in Indianapolis. Though the Olympic team won’t technically be announced until after the trials end this weekend, she has tentatively locked up a spot on Team USA in Paris next month.
