- Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Directions
- Rinse the chicken well.
- Arrange it on a baking sheet so that it doesn’t overlap.
- Coat the chicken liberally with seasoning so that there’s no naked chicken.
- Slice a stick of butter into pads and arrange the butter pads on your chicken so that they melt as it’s cooking and baste the meat.
- Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
- Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 and the top is crispy and brown.
