Man accused of stealing employee’s vehicle from a business: Mobile Police

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A man was arrested after an employee at a local business had their truck stolen, according to the Mobile Police Department.

An MPD news release said officers were called to Bay City Tire & Wheel around 10 a.m. on Wednesday for a report of a stolen vehicle.

When officers arrived they found that an employee’s vehicle had been stolen. Around noon, the vehicle was spotted driving northbound on Dauphin Island Parkway, according to the release.

Officers pulled the vehicle over and arrested the driver, 63-year-old Rex Goram.

He is charged with first-degree theft of property.
