(WALA) – The Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board today announced the death of its chairman, Russell Heidelburg. “Mr. Russell Heidelburg, Chairman of Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board, passed away today, August 2, 2024. ‘We are deeply saddened hearing of his loss and the Board will surely miss him, and his leadership,’ said Vice Chairman Earnestine Moore. ‘Mr. Heidelburg will surely be missed by Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board and its employees.’
