MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile City Council is set to look at a proposal Tuesday that would allow quail and dove hunting in the more rural parts of the city. Mayor Sandy Stimpson is sponsoring an ordinance to amend the city code that would allow hunting for Bobwhite Quail and doves.
