PRICHARD, Ala. (WPMI) – “Can you imagine on your birthday, that’s the news you get? Oh, the murder case has been thrown out.” It was not the kind of news Prichard resident Mario Yow was expecting, especially on his birthday- that the case against the man charged with killing his son had been thrown out of court because the investigating officer didn’t show up for the hearing.
