Davidson High School student arrested after bringing taser to campus, fighting

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A fight at Davidson High School led to a student’s arrest after they pulled out a taser, according to Mobile County Public School System spokesperson Rena Philips.

On Monday, a fight between four students broke out at the school, News 5 has learned. The student with the taser was arrested, according to Philips.

Philips said MCPSS and the Mobile Police Department are investigating the incident.

“We will use information learned from this investigation to improve our safety protocols on all campuses,” said Philips.

She also said that the school system has a zero-tolerance policy regarding weapons.
