FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WALA) – The City of Fairhope says renovations began Friday, August 23rd, at the Fairhope Municipal Pier and Park. City officials say the project will include bulkhead/seawall repair and improvements at South Beach Park and Pier Landing, also fountain repair and upgrades, pier upgrades to restrooms, and new handrails.
