MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Capt. Robert Brown was recognized in front of the Mobile City Council as the July Firefighter of the Month. Several people in downtown Mobile looked on while Mobile Fire-Rescue worked to rescue a window washer whose equipment malfunctioned leaving him dangling 450 feet above the ground.
