MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) – Mobile Police plan to step up patrols on Paper Mill Road after six people were shot Sunday morning. None of the injuries were life threatening. The gunfire erupted after a big crowd gathered where street racing was taking place. Africatown resident Charles Williams says the racing happens frequently and not just on weekends.
