17,000 southeast AT&T workers back to work as strike comes to an end

( WKRG ) — More than 17,000 AT&T workers will be returning to work Monday, September 16, as the Communications Workers of America Mobile union has reached two tentative deals with the company.

Beginning at midnight, workers will get off the picket line and resume work.

According to local union president, Ra-Amon Ta-Neter, the agreement includes an 18% to 21% wage increase over five years.

More details about the agreements are expected.
