MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) – Hours after he walked out of Mobile Metro jail, police say Jaylen Tyus, 20, brutally murdered Aprentice Etheridge, 30, with a hammer inside an Azalea Pointe Apartment on Azalea Road. Tyus was out on bond for aggravated child abuse when he picked up six new domestic violence charges September 5th. He was released the day of the September 9th murder.
