MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Wilmer man accused of killing a popular postal worker in a head-on collision two years ago now faces a new indictment. Aubrey Aaron Pate, 25, had been scheduled to stand trial on Monday on a reckless manslaughter charge. That has been canceled. Instead, he is set to be arraigned on the new indictment.
