‘Amazing Turnout’ for Roaring ’20s Gala for Good

DAPHNE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A gathering reminiscent of the 1920s raised $15,000 to help teenage girls overcome struggles and develop into successful young women.

“We were so grateful for the amazing turnout to support our Roaring ’20s Gala For Good,” Flourish Executive Director Natalie Wynn said.

The non-profit organization has earmarked the money for its “Empower Her” program in Baldwin County Schools.

“This will provide a 10-week personal development program for 100 girls in Baldwin County in 2025,” Wynn said. “We can’t wait to see the impact next year.”

Thursday evening marked the organization’s third Annual Flourish Fête.

“This was our first fundraiser to share a video with teen girls sharing their story of the impact Flourish has had on them and so many guests shared how meaningful it was for them to hear and see,” Wynn said.
