Baldwin County deputy arrested Sunday night, officials say

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Baldwin County sheriff’s deputy was arrested Sunday night on a domestic violence charge, News 5 has learned.

Officials identified the deputy as Jason Kolbe, a K-9 officer with the BCSO.

The Loxley Police Department said officers responded to a call just after 10 p.m. Sunday and established probable cause for an arrest.

Kolbe was booked into the Robertsdale jail on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, according to officials.

Following his arrest, officials said Kolbe was placed on administrative leave pending an internal affairs investigation.
