MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Mobile County grand jury has indicted a former Mobile police officer on a first-degree rape charge. Jonathan Tyler Leach, 24, of Axis, the former officer, was booked into Mobile County Metro Jail Monday on the rape charge. He was released on bail, according to jail records.
