BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WPMI) – A Baldwin County High School teacher is on administrative leave today following his arrest for public intoxication. Glenn Ray was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Bay Minette Police Department and booked into the Baldwin County Correction Center at 3:00pm Wednesday, according to jail records.
