Man arrested after breaking into home and stealing items: Mobile Police

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A homeless man was arrested Sunday afternoon after he broke into a home and stole items, according to the Mobile Police Department.

The MPD news release said officers were called to the 2900 block of Esau Avenue for a report of a burglary around 1:15 p.m. on Oct. 6.

Officers said they arrived on the scene and found the home broken into and items missing.

47-year-old Charles Xavier Marshall, Jr. was arrested for the incident and charged with third-degree burglary.
