MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) – Local leaders, experts, and community stakeholders gathered in Mobile on Thursday for the Second Annual Coastal Alabama Opioid Abatement Summit. The event was presented by the Helios Alliance, which is a group that was hired by the City of Mobile to help the city effectively spend opioid settlement money.
