Armed robbery suspect arrested: Mobile Police

MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — Officers with the Mobile Police Department have arrested a man they said robbed a man at gunpoint of his bicycle.

An MPD news release said officers were called to the 3100 block of Dauphin Square Connector around 11:40 p.m. on Oct. 9 for a report of a robbery.

When officers arrived, they found that a man the victim knew had pulled a gun on the victim and demanded his bike, according to the release.

According to officials, the suspect left the area before police arrived.

On Thursday, officers located and arrested 25-year-old Charles Greer and charged him with first-degree robbery.
