MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A grieving Mobile family calls it a step in the right direction.
A 17-year-old was arrested in the murder of 15-year-old Karsyn Proctor on Halloween. A 14-year-old was also arrested, and another 14-year-old is being sought .

The victim’s grandfather told News 5 he thinks more arrests could be coming.
“I’m waiting on three. That’s what the detective told me,” Kary Lucas, Pryor’s grandfather, said.
Like the rest of the family, he has a lot of questions about who else may have been involved.
“Because I know once you crack that egg, he going to talk if there was anybody else,” Kary Lucas, Pryor’s grandfather.

Officers found Pryor’s body on Arcturus Lane just before 7 on Halloween night when many kids were still trick-or-treating.
“He was a good kid. I’m not just saying that because I’m his grandfather,” Lucas said. “He was a good kid. He just brings light.”
